Student Vs Lawyer debate

We at ODRWays believe that it is important to provide students with a platform where they can engage with legal professionals on important contemporary issues.

How it Works?

  • 1. You have a dispute

Drop a miss call or file your complain directly on the platform. We will contact you within 24 hours for further details. You can clear all your queries then!

  • 2. We contact the other party

We let him know about your complain and ask for his consent to our process.

  • 3. After getting consent

Both parties will be required to sign in to the platform and state their sides of the story. You can also upload evidence.

  • 4. We appoint a mediator

The professional mediator will go through each party’s file and conduct telephonic hearings to help you both reach a settlement. Don’t worry; we will fix the telephonic appointments according to your convenience!

  • 5. The parties reach a consensus

The mediator will draft the settlement agreement and it will be emailed to both parties for their consent. A legal technician will come to each party’s house for signatures.
